Warranty Coverage and Replacement Policy

At Esseti SRL, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring your satisfaction through a transparent and reliable warranty policy.


Warranty Duration

All electrical products purchased from storumix.com come with a 2-year warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
If you opted for the additional 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage will extend to 3 years.


What the Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, if an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement unit free of charge.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Please note that this warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or physical impact

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from standard use

  • Faults due to incorrect installation, negligence, or improper handling


How to Request a Replacement

To submit a warranty claim, please email us at: info@storumix.com.

You will receive an automatic confirmation — please reply to that email with a short video clearly showing the issue (e.g. the product not turning on, not charging, or malfunctioning).

If a video is not available or does not clearly demonstrate the issue, we may request that you return the product for inspection at our facility.
Please note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted under any circumstances.


Claim Approval Criteria

Warranty claims will be processed only if they fully comply with the conditions outlined above. We aim to review and handle all valid requests promptly and fairly.
